I recently ordered this item for my son and I forgot to get it spooled. I sent them an e-mail the next day to see if they can spool it and charge my card. I was informed that the item is currently out of stock and I would have to wait a week for them to receive they order and send it out to me. I said it was okay since it's a gift so I wanted the specific item. I also explained to them that I forgot to select to have it spooled with the mono-Berkley big game 60# . They assured me that they will get it spooled and sent out as soon as they get their shipment in. I got my reel and yes it was spooled. Thank you Mel. As for the product itself, it's awesome. My son is so excited and can't wait to try it out this weeekend with his buddies. 😃👍🏻🌺
