Our stainless steel dog inventory of the 15-15KG, 015-1181419 are rusty.I have been informed by a machinist that this is probably due to the tooling used
to drill or shape the metal and those microfilaments are imbedded into the dog and
are what are actually rusting. Our current inventory are NOT used parts.
