WARNING: two screw diameters depending on the reel
On 30S and 50VSW Older Version : (2) 23-15KG screws are used to secure the 24N-30S handle, both ends of the handle knob will be silver.
NOTE: 23-15KG has a thread diameter of 1/8" or .012".
ON SOME REELS
39-1 screw is needed on some of the early run reels
Example: On the Pre-50VSW first run reels, they used a thinner diameter threading 3/32" (.094) and that screw is a 39-1.
Measure threads if you have the shift housing version of the 50VSW, 70VS because it's possible to have an early run reel with the thinner screw in the shift housing.
NOTE: 70 Big Game Special definitely CANNOT use 23-15KG, it needs the 39-1 screw
On 10KG, 15KG:
The 23-15KG Shift Housing Screw fits on the newer 24M-15KG matte finish handle.
USE THE PHOTO ABOVE to check your handle's blank to determine which handle you have on your reel. In addition to the sides of the holes being larger on the newer handle, the finish is matte rather than the original chrome.

I luckily found MysticParts via a Google search. Their website is comprehensive and I was at a loss on what I needed. Fortunately the “contact us” option was user friendly.
