How to use "My Account"

    Using the "My Account" Tab in the upper right corner will take you to where you can manage your account.

  • Start by clicking on "Dashboard"
  • Here, you can view your most recent orders and reorder the same items if wished using the reorder feature.
  • You can also see your current billing/shipping address, as well as access your address book to add or edit additional shipping addresses.
  • You have access here as well to your wishlist and newsletter subscriptions.
  • You can also change username and password via this page.
  
 

How to use "My Orders"

    You can access your orders in two ways. One is directly from the My Account Dashboard, simply by clicking on the "View Order" link on each order's entry row.

    Or you can use the "My Orders" link in the left hand menu will take you to where you can view your orders in an itemized list that shows you what was in each order.

    From either location, you can use "View Order" to see payment information, send notes to us about the order and check tracking information online.

    Notes on the image below will explain the different items in the order display. The key item is the ability to contact us about the order directly using the "Order Notes" feature.

If you do not find what you are looking for do a Google search with Mystic Reel Parts in the search with your model. I have a Penn 285 and 9 and it took me to the exact page for both. Also have the reel schematics.

I luckily found MysticParts via a Google search. Their website is comprehensive and I was at a loss on what I needed. Fortunately the “contact us” option was user friendly. To my delight I got a personalized and VERY helpful response right away. She asked questions to fully understand my needs and then followed up with links to the right parts. We continued our email exchange regarding my second reel issue and, again, she was extremely knowledgeable and gave me both practical as well as professional solutions.
