The 30-112 reel stand is identical to the 30-113 reel stand.
The reel stands can be used interchangeably as substitutes for one another.
MEASUREMENTS
Foot is 2.683 in long at widest point. (ends curve inward a little)
Width of stand is 2.41 in
Two outer upper screw holes are roughly 1.65 in center to center
Third screw hole is between those set lower to follow curve of reel, didn't measure.
